I'm 25 pounds down from November and I have to thank Slim Fast for part of it. I drink a shake for breakfast and sometimes for a snack when I get hungry before bed.

Sarah, do you know anything about the Slim Fast recall? It was completely pulled from the shelves and said it wouldn't return until the end of Jan/early Feb. I'm starting my diet for our cruise and I always have success with SF.
